How it works

    Put the app on every phone

    Invite people by name. Each invite is a one-time login code: install the app, enter the code, done. No email addresses, no passwords, no personal setup for your workers.

    Connect your agent

    Add the Simplepush connector to Claude, ChatGPT, Hermes Agent, Grok Bot or any MCP client and sign in with your Simplepush account. Your agent can now reach every worker, every topic, or the whole organization, and read back what came in.

    Ask, and get answers back

    Your agent sends tasks or forms: pick an option, type, dictate, take a photo, share location. Answers come back as data, not chat, so the agent drafts the invoice or fills the report and sends it back for a tap to confirm.

Connect Claude Cowork in one sign-in

Everything your workers report lands in one record. Simplepush exposes that record, and the sending side, as a hosted MCP connector. Add it to Claude once, sign in as your organization admin, and Cowork can send tasks, collect answers, download photos and ask what happened in the field. The rules you give it run on Cowork's schedule.

  1. In Claude, open Settings, Connectors, and add https://mcp.simplepu.sh/mcp.
  2. On the consent page, sign in as your organization admin and approve.
  3. Open Cowork and tell it your rules.

ChatGPT, Hermes Agent, Grok Bot and any other MCP client connect the same way. For an end-to-end encrypted organization, run the connector on your own machine with an integration token.

Then just ask
  • Every morning at seven, send the site check to every worker. Email me about anyone who has not answered by nine.
  • Email the site supervisor when a work report is not filled in by the end of the day.
  • Every Friday, tell me which sites had the most delays this week and what the workers said caused them.
  • If a job has had no update for two days, ask the worker what is blocking it and flag it to me.

Frequently asked questions

Do my workers need an account?

No. You invite people by name and each invite is a one-time login code. They install the app, enter the code, and they are in. No email address, no password, nothing to set up on site.

Do I need a developer to set this up?

No. Add the Simplepush connector to the agent you already use, sign in with your Simplepush account, and tell the agent your rules in plain language. Scripts and SDKs are there if you want them, not required.

Which agents work with it?

Claude (Cowork, Desktop, claude.ai and Claude Code), ChatGPT, Hermes Agent, Grok Bot and any other client that speaks MCP. Scripts get the same reach through the CLI and the Python and TypeScript SDKs.

What can workers send back?

A tap on an option, typed or dictated text, a voice note, a photo, a file, or their location. Every answer is tied to the person and the task it answers. Workers can also start on their own: open the app, dictate a note or take a photo, and send it.

Can I ask about work from months ago?

Yes. Everything that comes back stays on record and is searchable by word, person, place and time. Ask your agent which jobs slipped last quarter or what was said about a site, and it answers from what actually happened.

Is my data encrypted?

Not by default. Data is stored on our servers in Germany and protected in transit and at rest, but we can read it, which is what lets the hosted connector and search work. You can turn on end-to-end encryption once for the organization. From then on job details are sealed on the phone before they leave, and only your workers’ devices and your agent’s key can open them. Encrypted organizations run the connector on their own machine, so nothing readable leaves your premises. The trade-off: because our servers cannot see the content, full-text search and search by location are not available for an encrypted organization. Filtering by person, topic, status and time still works.

What happens when the trial ends?

The organization is paused. Nothing is deleted and nobody is logged out. Pick a plan and everything continues where it stopped.

Can I still use Simplepush for my own stuff?

Yes. Simplepush started as an app for sending yourself notifications from scripts, servers and home automation, and plenty of people use it that way every day. That is not going away. The Free and Solo operators plans are for exactly that, and everything on this page works for a single person too: send yourself a task from a script, answer it from your phone, and ask your agent about it later. Field teams are the new focus, not a replacement.
