Billing

Organizations run on the Team plan, priced per seat. There is no self-serve checkout yet. Contact us to set up an organization, add seats, or change your plan. You get one invoice for the whole team.

Seats

Each active member and each pending invite occupies a seat. When every seat is taken, new invites fail with seat_limit_reached until a seat is freed or more seats are added.

Pooled quotas

Organization usage comes out of one shared pool. There are no per-member allowances:

• Requests: every task, notification, subtask, and submission sent by the organization counts against a single daily allowance. A broadcast counts once, regardless of recipient count.
• Storage and download traffic: uploaded payloads (photo, voice, and file answers, attachments) share one organization storage pool and one monthly egress allowance.

Limits are set per organization by the plan. When your team's volume grows, the plan grows with it. Individual members never run into their own limits.
