Billing

Organizations run on the Team plan, priced per seat. There is no self-serve checkout yet: contact us to set up an organization, add seats, or change your plan, and you'll get one invoice for the whole team.

Seats

A seat is occupied by each active member and each pending invite. When every seat is taken, new invites fail with seat_limit_reached until a seat frees up or more are added.

Pooled quotas

Org usage draws on one shared pool, not per-member allowances:

• Requests: every task, notification, subtask, and submission sent by the org counts against a single daily allowance. A broadcast counts once, regardless of recipient count.
• Storage and download traffic: uploaded payloads (photo, voice, and file answers, attachments) share one org storage pool and one monthly egress allowance.

Limits are set per organization with the plan; when your team's volume grows, the plan grows with it rather than individual members hitting walls.
